The Fund’s Board of Directors held its 3rd Session for the year 2009 on Wednesday 16 December 2009.  The Board considered at its session the Minutes of its 2nd Session for the year 2009 held on 14th June, 2009 and authenticated on 1st July, 2009 and the Minutes of the 3rd session of the Board’s Investment Committee for the year 2009 held on 13th October 2009, and the Minutes of the 5th Session for the year 2009 of the Board’s Internal Audit Committee held on 20th October, 2009. The Board also considered the Fund’s 47th Annual Report for the Fiscal Year 2008/2009 and the decision by Circular No. (2) for the year 2009 dated 12/11/2009 approving the Fund’s Estimated Budget for the Fiscal Year 2010/2011.   

The Fund’s Board of Directors held its 2^nd Session for the year 2009 on Sunday 14^th June 2009.  The Board considered at its session the Minutes of it’s 1^st   Session for the year 2009 held on 9^th February, 2009 authenticated on 11^th March, 2009.  The Board also considered the Minutes of the 3rd & 4^th session for the year 2009 of the Board's Internal Auditing Committee held on 16^th March, 2009 & 10^th Jun, 2009 where the Board approved the recommendation of the Committee to approve The Fund's closing Account and the Auditors Report for the year ending March 31^st, 2009. The Board also considered the Minutes of the 1^st session for the year 2009 of the Board's Loan Committee held on 1^st April, 2009 and approved the recommendation of the Committee to consider, in principle, the proposed Fund Operation Programme for FY 2009/10 including the following Projects:

10^th February, 2009.  The Board considered at its session the Minutes of it’s 3^rd  Session for the year 2008 held on 10^th September, 2008 and authenticated on 7^th October, 2008.  The Board also considered the Minutes of the 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th sessions for the year 2008  & the 1^st sessions for the year 2009  of the Board's Investment Committee held on 8^th October,  25^th November, 21^st December, 2008 & 28^th  January, 2009 and the Minutes of the 9^th, 10^th and 11^th Meeting for the year 2008 and 1^st and 2^nd Meeting for the year 2009  for the Board's Internal Auditing Committee held on 9^th, 19^th November, 24^th December, 2008, 7^th and 28^th January, 2009.

The Board also considered the Minutes of the 7th & 8th Sessions for the year 2008 of the Board's Internal Auditing Committee held on 31st August, 2008 & 3rd September, 2008.
