The Fund's Board of Directors held its 1^ST Session for the year 2015 on Monday February 09, 2015.  The Board perused in its session the Minutes of the 4^thSession of the Board for the year 2014, held on November 4, 2014 and approved on Monday November 17, 2014.  The Board also considered the Minutes of the 1^st Session for the year 2015 of the Board's Internal Audit Committee held on January 26, 2015 and the Board approved the committee's recommendation to appoint a 2^nd External Auditor for the Fund's Accounts for the year 2014 , 2015.  The Board also approved , in principle, financing the Construction and Equipping of the new Specialized Children's Hospital in Gomel Province in the Republic of Belarus.  The Board also considered the Minutes of the 3^rd Session for the year 2014/2015 of the Board's Investment Committee held on February 5, 2015.

The Board in its Session also approved the following:

(1) A Loan in the amount of 7 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Kark . Riyak Road Project in the Republic of Lebanon.

(2) A Loan in the amount of 4 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Irrigation Infrastructure Upgrading in Hai Hau District Project in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

(3)A Loan in the amount of 5 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Irrigation Systems Improvement Project (in Eastern and Central Regions) in Nepal.

(4)A Loan in the amount of 10 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Improvement of Urban Roads in North Dhaka City Project in the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

(5) A Loan in the amount of 7 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Expansion and Upgrading of Nabong-Khoksa Irrigation Project in the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

(6)A Loan in the amount of 15 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Grand Tulum Aqueduct Project in the Republic of Argentina.

(7) A Loan in the amount of 3.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Choc Bay ' Gros Islet Road and Secondary Roads Improvement Project in Saint Lucia.

(8) A Loan in the amount of 4 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Rehabilitation of Hummingbird Highway Project in Belize.

(9) A Second Loan in the amount of 7.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist in financing the Rehabilitation of Water and Sewerage Network Project in Havana, and Amendment of the Loan Agreement No. 846 dated 30 April 2012, in the Republic of Cuba.

(10)A Supplementary Loan in the amount of 20.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist infinancing the Electrification of the Eastern Provinces Project, and Amendment of Loan No. 860 dated 2 January 2013, in the Republic of Sudan.

(11)A Supplementary Loan in the amount of 9.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist infinancing the Neelum-Jhelum Hydro-Power Project and Amendment of Loan No. 819 dated 25 November 2010, in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

(12) A Supplementary Loan in the amount of 2.94 million Kuwaiti Dinars to assist infinancing the Kandadji Dam Project, and Amendment of Loan Agreement No. 784 dated 27 March 2009, in the Republic of Niger.

(13)A Technical Assistance in the amount of 300,000/- Kuwaiti Dinars to assist infinancing the preparation of Feasibility Study of Parakou-Kika-Kabo & Save-Bante Roads Project in the Republic of Benin.

(14) A Technical Assistance in the amount of 150,000/- Kuwaiti Dinars to assist infinancing the preparation of Feasibility Study and Preliminary Design for the Praia Neighborhoods Water and Sanitation Project in the Republic Cape Verde.

(15)Cancellation of the Board's Decision No. 42 of the year 2013 approving a Technical Assistance for the Preparation of a Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Designs for the Zagnanado, Paouignan and the Ouego - Abbangnizoun Roads Projects in the Republic of Benin.
