| Project Objectives | The Project aims to support the resettlement programme for earthquake affected people, by providing the necessary road transport infrastructure to link the permanent housing areas in Istanbul and Kocaeli Region with the local and National road networks, and to meet the increased demand on road transport on the main roads in the Region. |
