Technical Details:
| Project Objectives | The Project aims to reduce traffic congestion in central Bandung, by meeting the increasing demand on road transport between the east and west of the City, additionally, the Project will support the regional economy by reducing vehicle operating cost and journey time, and will improve the City؟s environment by reducing pollution levels resulting from the existing traffic congestion. Additionally, the Project will enhance the local capabilities through the transfer of Cable-Stayed Bridges technology , and will become one of the civic land-marks of the City of Bandung. |

| Project Description | The Project comprises the construction of an elevated four lanes primary arterial road linking Pasteur Road in the west of Bandung, with Surapati Road in the east through Cikapayang, incorporating a cable stayed Bridge over Cikapundung river. The Project also comprises the consultancy services for detailed design and supervision of the construction works and a Technical Assistance for carrying out further studies for the development of urban road network in Bandung. |
