| Project Objectives | the project aims at cotribuating to the economic and social development of Guizhou province by meeting the demand for qualified and well trained primary ,intermadiate,and secondary school teacher . it involves the expansion and development of Guizhou education college so as to increase the intake of students who would qulify as teachers and also to conduct refersher cources for greater number of school directors,headmasters,and teaches in order to upgrade their capabilities. |

| Project Description | the project consist of the construction of new building and facilities with a total build up area of about 150,000 m2, the project includes the following components: 1.construction works for educational buildings and facilities , which include library and information technology building,gymnasium ,multi-purpose building,laboratory building , cafeteria. 2.supply and installation of elevators for library and information building , and equipment for gymasium. 3.infrastructure works include roads of about 22km with 3m sidewalks on each side ,drainage,low and high voltage electricity line, traffic light,and road saftey. 4.landscaping of an area of about 108,000 m2. 5.consultancy services for the oreoeration of tender documents and supervision of construction. |
