| Project Objectives | The Project aims to support the economic and social development of the northern and central regions of Cote d’Ivoire by improving the link between the Capital Yamoussoukro in the centre and the port and commercial centre in Abidjan in the south, to facilitate and reduce transport cost and travel time of local, regional and international transit traffic, and to improve road safety. |

| Project Description | The Project comprises the construction of a new motorway section between Singobo and Pacobo (Lot 1.1 of the Singrobo-Yamoussoukro Motorway), with a total length of about 12 km and a width of about 32 m comprising 2 traffic lanes in each direction, an emergency lane and shoulders on each side and an 11 m wide central reserve. The Project also include the construction of Singrobo interchange, consultancy services for supervision of the construction works and institutional support for the Project Implementation Unit of the Roads Agency (Ageroute). |
