| Project Description | The project includes the construction of five desalination plants, including two plants with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters per day, one in Al-Tur city and the other in Abu Zanaima, two stations with a capacity of 15,000 cubic meters per day, one in Dahab and the other in Nuweiba, and one station with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters per day in Ras Seder. The project also includes the work of connecting the power supply to the stations, and the work of transporting desalinated water from the stations to the reservoirs located in the mentioned cities with a total length of about 46 kilometers and diameters ranging from about 500 to 800 mm. The project also includes the construction of water transmission lines from cities to nearby communities, with a total length of about 209 kilometers and diameters ranging from about 150 to 500 mm, the construction of eight lifting stations, and the construction of the water distribution network within those communities. |
