| Project Objectives | The Project aims to enhance the economic and social development of the southwestern region of Madagascar by easing the movement of passengers and freight, which will contribute in decreasing the cost of transport and travel time within the Provinces of “Menabe” and “Atsimo-Andrefana”. |

| Project Description | The Project consists of construction works mainly to attain a pre-stressed reinforced concrete bridge across “Mangoky” River, on the National Highway (RN9) between “Manja” and “Analamisampy”. The bridge is about 880 meters long and about 10 meters wide consisting of 2 lanes for vehicles and a pedestrian walkway on each side. |
