Technical Details:
| Project Objectives | The project aims at meeting the current and future demand for electricity, by supplying electricity at affordable prices, limiting rural migration to urban areas and improving way of living in Six Districts namely Kriyandongo, Kibaale, Nebbi, Bushenyi, Kasese and Rukungiri located in the Republic of Uganda. This will be achieved through extending the Medium Voltage 33 and 11 kV distribution lines, which are connected to existing distribution substations. |

| Project Description | The project consists of construction of about 285 km of Medium Voltage and about 250 km of Low Voltage 415 V. The project also includes about 180 pole mounted distribution transformers ranging from 25kVA to 100kVA. The project also includes consultancy services and institutional support. |
