| Project Objectives | The project aims to support the economic and social development of the southeastern region of Mauritania (Hodh Oriental Region) by facilitating the movement of passengers and goods on the transport axis between the cities of Nema and Anbekt Lahouache on the border with the Republic of Mali, in addition to raising the efficiency of the level of transport, the safety of vehicle movement and reducing its operating costs. |

| Project Description | The project follows the current dirt path, and includes the construction of a road with a length of about 150 km between the cities of Al-Naama and Anbeket for Hawash with an asphalt width of 6 meters (one lane in each direction) with paved side shoulders of 1.5 meters wide, and the project is divided into two sections, where the first section extends from the city of grace to the town of Achmim with a length of about 30 km, and the second section extends from the town of Achmim to the city of Enbeket for Hawash with a length of about 120 km.
