The Fund’s operations expanded in the 1990s and subsequent years to include, besides Arab, African, South Asian, and Pacific Ocean nations, countries in Central Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean Sea, increasing the value of the Fund's committed loans as a result.
