This program, organized by the Kuwait Fund for Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, includes a visit for female students to the Republic of Vietnam and for male students to the Republic of Tunisia, scheduled to take place from January 18 to January 26.
During the session, Mr. Waleed Shamlan Al-Bahar, the Acting Director General of the Kuwait Fund for Development, reaffirmed the Fund's commitment to developmental efforts, spanning over 60 years. Mona Al-Ayyaf, the Director of Media at the Kuwait Fund for Development, added that the Fund plays a crucial role in supporting Kuwait's foreign policy, highlighting the significant political and economic returns the Fund has achieved throughout its developmental journey.
Saleh Al-Taqui, the official responsible for the male students’ trip, explained that the "Be Among High-Achievers" program contributes to spreading and achieving its goals related to community and cultural development, particularly by acquainting students with Kuwait's stature and its regional and global impact.
Fatemah Al-Tarkait, the official responsible for the female students' trip, emphasized the importance of the students visiting key projects of the Kuwait Fund for Development. She highlighted the significance of seeing these projects firsthand to understand their contribution to the economic development of beneficiary countries and their impact on improving life quality, expressing her hopes for the students to benefit immensely from the trip.
The officials in charge of the trips presented the program and detailed the itinerary for both trips, responding to questions from students and their parents. The 'Be Among High-Achievers' initiative, launched by the Fund in 2010, aims to motivate high school students towards success and excellence.
