Kuwait Fund extends grants and technical assistance to finance various services aimed at helping recipient countries undertake activities that facilitate the implementation of their development operations. These services include, among others, preparing technical and economic feasibility studies for projects and funding experts hired to assist in planning and implementation of development projects and programs.
